INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the A1 CAR & BUS RENTAL Service, which is located at https://a1carsrental.com and at Ghana digital address GA-568-6894 (otherwise referred to as: “A1 CAR & BUS RENTAL Service”, “The Service”, “The Site”, “This Site”, “Us”, “Our”, “We”, “A1”, “AEONEX”). The A1 CAR & BUS RENTAL Service is provided by AEONEX SERVICES, a Ghanaian-owned business registered at the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana.
This Terms of Use Agreement (“TOS”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Website. This TOS describes your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from The Service. You must be 18 (eighteen) years or older to make a transaction on and/or as a result of visiting this site. If younger than 18 years, you can only make a transaction on this website under the supervision of your legal guardian. Use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of, agreement and compliance with these TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our TOS and Privacy Policy, you may not use The Website.
CHARGE UNIT
The charge unit is per day. Where “per day” is from 05:00 hours (5 AM) to 20:00 hours (8 PM) of the same day.
REFUND POLICY
You can cancel your order at any time and get a full, 100%, no-questions-asked refund. The only condition is that you must cancel at least (latest) forty [40] calendar days to the start of your order,
For example if you ordered a service that was to start on 30th December 2021, you must cancel the order on OR before 10th December 2021 in order to qualify for a full refund.
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not have any other types of Cancellation or Refund Policy apart from the one stated above.
NO-SHOW
Where a customer cancels their confirmed booking not earlier than ten (10) calendar days to the start of their booking or after the service /task has started, they shall be required to make full payment for the booked service.
MANUAL QUOTATIONS FOR VEHICLE RENTAL
Manual quotations (via Email and/or WhatsApp) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue unless a deposit or full payment is made on it before the fourteen days elapse. Where a deposit or full-payment has been made on a quote within fourteen days of issue, the quote remains valid for three (3) months — unless otherwise stated; after which it may be subject to review upwards on downwards in accordance with prevailing market and other conditions.
In any event, deposit / full payment must be made not later than ten (10) days before the trip date.
Remaining balance (if applicable):
(A) Must be paid in full before the Start Date OR
(B) Proportionate/corresponding amounts must be paid at the start of each day.
(C) A mutually agreed-to payment plan.
FUEL, TOLLS, DRIVER’S ALLOWANCE
In the case of vehicle rentals, client is responsible for fuel and tolls except otherwise stated. Driver’s overnight allowance NOT included in price quoted unless otherwise stated. Normal working hours are 5 AM to 8 PM. Grace period of one hour extra. If service extends beyond 9 PM but before 12 midnight, driver shall be paid an extra 100 GHS as inconvenience allowance, in cash. Where the service extends beyond 12 midnight but before 6 AM, the driver shall be paid an extra 200 GHS inconvenience allowance, in cash. Extension beyond 6 AM of the next day will be charged at full day’s rate.
VEHICLES
Our vehicles undergo regular routine maintenance to facilitate trouble-free running. However, If there should be a mechanical and/or other kind of problem with the assigned vehicle, A1 will take prompt measures to repair or replace the vehicle. In an instance where replacement of vehicle is deemed by us to be the best option, replacement vehicle shall be of a standard as close as possible/practicable to that of the original vehicle.
SURCHARGES
We reserve the right to levy surcharges for breaches of any part(s) of these terms of use and/or other prior arrangements/agreements made with clients.
DISCLAIMER
Disclaimer of warranties. We provide the Website and The Service on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis. We do not represent or warrant that the website and/or The Service: (i) will be free of inaccuracies, mechanical and/or other failures, hitches or errors, (ii) will be uninterrupted, (iii) will meet your requirements. We make no warranties other than those made expressly in this TOS, and hereby disclaim any and all implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Using this website indicates your acceptance that AEONEX SERVICES, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and/or officers are not liable for any claims and/or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use.
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS, at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting the change(s) or a new agreement on The website. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to not use the Website or The Service.
