1. Decide on the vehicle(s) you want to hire.
2. Call or Whatsapp to check availability for your date(s).
3. Pay a deposit (or pay in full) to confirm your booking.
4. Assigned driver contacts you for pickup instructions via phone or Whatsapp
5. On your trip date: driver and vehicle show up at your designated pickup location, at the given time, pronto!
6. Pay the balance (if applicable) via Momo / bank transfer / directly to the driver in cash or on our website on the day of the trip — before the trip starts or latest by 10:00 AM.
NB: Fuel replacement applies in some cases (depending on the option you chose/were given at the booking stage.)
7. Optional: A signed PDF receipt is dispatched to you on the next working day via Whatsapp or email.
