The scammer gets scammed? This post responds to Andrea Hayford‘s review on our Google local business page (image just below)
and effectively and verifiably (see Whatsapp conversation screenshots below) shoots down ALL claims she makes in that piece. Please read to the end and judge for yourself who is more trustworthy – Andrea Hayford or A1 Car & Bus Rental; or who is a scammer – Andrea Hayford or A1 Car & Bus Renta
It is interesting to note that Andrea Hayford PAID FOR our minivan rental and RECEIVED THE SERVICE on May 2, 2022; from Shiashi to Kokrobite and back. She paid the deposit with Vodafone Cash number 233205180377 on April 26, 2022 with Transaction ID 17104239906. It is thus mind-boggling that she would make such malicious statements like: “It’s a scam…” and “… you won’t get any rental” WITHOUT MAKING EVEN ONE SPECIFIC CHARGE.
If she paid for and got the service, why is she saying “it’s a scam”? If she didn’t get the service, what stopped or is stopping her from making it a police case? Because after all we are admitting in this post that we received 300 GHS from her as deposit payment on April 26, 2022 for her rental of May 2, 2022 and have even quoted the Transaction ID.
Find below the WhatsApp conversation thread Andrea had with us in respect of her initial enquiry, follow-up, booking, paying for and using our vehicle rental service.
At this point I instructed my chief driver that he or the assigned driver should call Andrea and re-assure her that her booking was confirmed and will be fulfilled; which was done.
AFTER HER REVIEW
Now after seeing her review on our Google Local Business Page this was our interaction with Andrea as documented below.
As at the time of publishing this post — three clear days (more than 72 hours) after she was asked “… but the service was delivered on the said date even if the one who called you is not the driver who did the task. Is that correct?”, she is yet to give an answer.
